Additions & Renovations to Anacoco School

Phase 2 includes the construction of an entrance drive as well as various retaining wall units, sidewalks, and all drainage associated with this area. Phase 2 also includes the construction of a new 2 story classroom building. Phase 3 includes the construction of a new parking area, sidewalks and all associated drainage for the Southeast area of the site adjacent to Berry Avenue. Phase 4 includes the construction of an entrance drive to the front of the school including parking and sidewalks. Phase 5 includes the selective demolition of several buildings to allow for the renovation of 3 buildings and the construction of 3 new buildings. Phase 6 includes the construction of a new parking area equipped with sidewalks and a bus route at the Northwest area of the side adjacent to Phase 1 parking.
