This project will include additions and renovations to the existing 43,595 square foot Courthouse building consisting of 3 levels including a basement. Construction consist of the restoration of one upper level courtroom, one section of balcony seating, replacement of remaining existing windows at the basement, several interior and exterior upgrades, and the replacing of a sewer lift station for building storm drainage. There will also be an addition to the south parking lot and replacement of the sidewalk along the streets with new street lighting.
