Alterations and renovations to the existing gymnasium and fieldhouse. Work includes selective demolition, drilled piers (gymnasium) slab-on- grade foundation, CMU interior and exterior walls with a brick veneer. New wood truss roof at the gymnasium addition and steel structure with a Durolast roof system at the fieldhouse addition. New electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, acoustical ceilings, finishes and accessories in both buildings.
