Construction of a new 50,000 square foot building for Sowela Technical Community College. The building will consist of classrooms, training rooms, offices, welding shop, library, culinary kitchen, library and book store. The construction of this building will also include associated paving and concrete work for parking as well as designated out door areas for the welding shop and gathering areas for students and faculty.
