Jason Williams began working for his father’s company as a laborer during summer breaks, gradually gaining experience in administrative roles within the estimating and project management departments each summer until his high school graduation. He went on to attend Louisiana State University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management in 2001.
Following graduation, he spent four years with The Shaw Group Inc. in Baton Rouge, LA, serving as a project estimator and regional business development manager for the company’s fabrication and manufacturing division. Throughout his career, he has been fortunate to work alongside strong leadership and gain valuable industry experience.
In 2005, he returned home to Pat Williams Construction, where he took on roles as a project estimator, project manager, and vice president. Recognizing an opportunity for expansion, he moved his family to Lake Charles, LA, in 2011 to establish a branch office, assembling a team of talented professionals from the local area.
Under his leadership, Pat Williams Construction has continued to grow and expand into new markets, driven by the dedication of its employees. In 2016, he became president of the company and remains committed to making Pat Williams Construction the premier general contractor in Louisiana.
