Vinton Gym & Community Center

This work generally consists of the removal of existing concrete, buried swimming pool and related equipment and structures, existing tennis courts, and the construction of a 32,060 SF Gym/Community Center building (Pre-Engineered Steel Building) with a covered entry, paved and limestone parking, civil work and site drainage, with all required finishes, gym equipment, utilities, mechanical and electrical systems.
