Camp Cook Building 4402 Roof Upgrades

Remove existing shingles, asphalt roofing felt and replace with new shingles and asphalt roofing felt as specified in Scope of Work and the old roofing system disposed of. The existing roof systems, insulation, flashings, and related trims shall be completely removed to the original decking. The removal of the existing roof system shall be coordinated with the installation of the new roof to prevent exposure to weather conditions and potential water infiltration into the building.
