Description: The work generally consists of re-coating the exterior of the existing control towner located at the Chennault International Airport in Lake Charles. The scope includes repair of cracks and open joints in the exterior of the tower, replacement of the existing joint sealants, the preparation, cleaning and coating of the concrete masonry units, steel structure, doors and frames, fiber-cement soffit, steel deck beneath cab, direct-applied finish systems, pre-cast concrete panels and other exterior substrates as indicated on Drawings. Also included is the preparation, cleaning & coating of the pre-cast horizontal, concrete decks with a traffic coating system.


Lake Charles school additions set to be complete by May 2020
