Description: State Project 19-657-02B-03: Renovation of the Annex, Existing Auditorium and Cafeteria for the Louisiana School for Math, Science and the Arts in Natchitoches, LA is part of a five year growth plan for the LSMSA. For Pat Williams Construction, this project involved the removal of the existing Physical Plant Building for Northwestern State University to provide a space for the new Center for Performance and Technology. The CPT building is a two story, 50,000 SF building that includes a Recital Hall, Black Box Theatre, The Louisiana Virtual School, a Cafeteria, Café and classrooms for the Science Department. In addition, an existing building that formerly housed the Natchitoches Trade School was gutted and rebuilt to house the new Arts Department.
