This project will consist of exterior renovations to include the addition of handicap spaces and crosswalks, and repair of the existing concrete. Aluminum handrails, joint sealants and concrete sealer at the main entry steps. Cleaning, caulking and sealing of all exterior aggregate wall surfaces. Providing pedestrian coating on exterior surface and replacing aluminum storefront entrances. The interior renovations include renovations of the east and west theater, lobby’s, restroom upgrades in the lobby areas. The kitchen renovations include a new walk in freezer and coolers. Installation of new balcony seating and electrical and lighting upgrades.
