Description: This project consist of 4 flood gates, 3 concrete sumps and drainage modifications. The concrete wall will stand at an average height of four feet two inches around the perimeter of the sidewalk that circles the Lifeshare building. The flood wall design will include 4 self-operating flood gates for the entrance/exit to the building that will rise and seal against the flood wall as the flood waters arise. The 3 sumps and sump pumps will also be included in the design to pump out any rainwater that falls in the area between the building and the flood wall.

Lake Charles school additions set to be complete by May 2020
