This facility is single story pre-engineered metal building located within the confines of the existing Louisiana Army National Guard Readiness Center. Functional areas designed for the new facility include a high bay maintenance service area with attached support areas for offices, storage, tool room, bathrooms, mechanical, electrical / information technology (IT) and janitors’ room. The gross area of the proposed facility measures approximately 4,382 SF with a covered entry area of 183 SF.
