Construction consists of the demolition and removal of approximately 6,000 square feet of paving in order to install new composite wood decking. The new deck will include stainless steel handrails and aluminum guardrails. Installation of approximately 261 linear feet of vinyl sheet piles along Henderson Bayou. There will be construction of a new kayak launch at Henderson Bayou. Demolition of an existing foot bridge at the west sidewalk to be done in order for a replacement to be installed. The splash pad will receive new fill placement and installation of stones and rip-rap around the entire splash pad.
