SPSB Warehouse & Tech Center

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Many, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of an educational facility. The project consists of renovations to the old Many Elementary School and campus which will include the Sabine Parish School Board’s warehouse and technology center. Interior and exterior demolition of scheduled items for conversion of the facility include Construction of a new loading dock and canopy for warehouse deliveries; Removal and replacement of campus fencing and gates. Additional Exterior renovations include new or refurbished door and window openings. Interior renovations will include drywall partitions, restroom renovations, new finishes and HVAC/plumbing revisions. Associated site work to include grading, drainage and utility work.
