Construction of a new 18,850 square foot Medical office building and paving. Building construction is to consist of offices, examine rooms, lab, kitchen area, restrooms and conference room. Exterior construction includes brick masonry, cast stone, cement board architectural panels, metal panels and exterior lighting with landscaping.
