Construction of a new structure of concrete slab & structural steel frames. Building exterior consists of face brick, cast stone trim & metal wall panels. Roofing shall be standing seam, with storm and wind ratings as specified within, with rigid insulation board at the roof deck. Interiors shall consist of CMU walls, steel stud walls, gypsum board with painted finishes with suspended 2’x2’ ceilings, security ceilings. Flooring is sealed concrete, vinyl composition tile, ceramic tile or carpet. Detention area includes detention grade doors, glazing, hardware, furniture, & finishes including a Security Control System, internal communications system, CCTV, Security fencing. Project also consists of site work as shown with parking and paving, planters and stairs.
