Project summary :

Renovations to an 11-story structure that was originally built in 1975. Renovations on the 1st, 6th, 7th and 8th floors were for the Calcasieu Parish District Attorney while the 5th floor renovations were for the US Coast Guard. All renovations included, but were not limited to, selective demolition, asbestos abatement, new finishes, millwork, mechanical & electrical upgrades.
