Bayou Rum Event Center for Louisiana Spirits Distillery

The Work included construction of a new warehouse/Event Center that included a catering kitchen, event space, barrel storage area, restrooms, and courtyard. Heavy Timber construction, with a built-up roof, wood roof trusses, steel stud walls & brick veneer exterior. Steel window & door units, aluminum window & door units, porcelain tiling, quarry tile, brick and wood flooring with custom logo. Painted gypsum board walls, acoustical ceilings, pressed tin ceilings & cornices, plastic laminate cabinets & tops, quartz countertops, plumbing, electrical, lighting & HVAC. Exterior improvements including concrete pavers, lighting, landscaping and landscape lighting.
