This project consisted of the renovation of a 5560 sf existing bank building into a new public library building. It included repairs and replacement of the roof, heating, ventilation and HVAC systems, damage repairs to doors, walls, ceilings, floors, finishes and windows. It also included repairs to plumbing, mechanical and electrical equipment.
