The project includes 25,000 +/- sqft interior renovations of an existing building to function as a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). The building will host various healthcare facilities, such as triage, exam rooms, laboratories, PT/OT, and recreational therapy. Additionally, the project will include safety features like the Wander Management Systems and Nurse Call Systems. The project consists of demolition, structural steel, gypsum sheathing, millwork, solid surface countertops, thermoplastic membrane roofing, acoustical ceilings, resinous flooring, ceramic tile, fire suppression, and all new MEP.
