This project consisted of converting a Pre-Engineered building from a retail space to office space for the Vernon Parish Department of Children & Family Service. Work included modifications to the existing parking lot, new plumbing/HVAC & electrical, floor covering, finishes, and a new fire sprinkler system. Remodeling and additions started back up in 2015.
